Lol at people saying athletes are greedy....like you wouldn't do the same ****. Whatever the **** you do for a living, if you are great at it and there are other companies are out there willing to sign you for more, you're going to use it. Shut the **** up.
 
I do not fault VD at all. Guys is a freaking stud. He deserves more money. Hopefully they can work it out and keep him long term. People don't even realize it because of how explosive he is in the passing game but his blocking ability is elite. When they run the ball with him on the LOS its like having 6 offensive lineman. Guy is just a great great player.

I thought you said it wasn't a hold when we initially argued about that.

Holds do happen but that is an all out bear hug. Only reason I posted that is because someone rehashed it on twitter.
 
Never said there wasn't a hold. Actually after watching the replay over and over again. I picked up a hold or 2. Again, holds happen every offensive play, and especially every kickoff. If they didn't there would be less big returns. Refs don't have the luxury of constant replays and frozen images.
 
I'm not disagreeing but there are holds and then there are bear hugs. When its that clear I believe it should be called. Sometimes a guy is held from the front but when you are double teamed and one guy is on the side with both of his hands wrapped around your sides then geez call the effin hold.
 
You have to remmeber that no ref has the same perspective as that camera, there are lots of moving bodies, lots of plays going on with 2 guys moving at very fast speeds at each other.

Kaepernick gets $21 million annually in new money and sets the new quarterback record for guaranteed money, surpassing Peyton Manning by $3 million and Aaron Rodgers and Jay Cutler by $7 million. The former second-round pick was entering the final year of his rookie deal. The 49ers have been one of the most run-heavy teams in recent years. After the addition of Stevie Johnson, Michael Crabtree's return to 100 percent health, and Frank Gore's age, we expect coach Jim Harbaugh to open up the offense more in 2014.
