I get that. But you don't think that's correlatory to the management? I can't believe you'd think that Harbaugh wouldn't be more of an issue with disciplining players than say Coughlin. I mean you'll have issues with players regardless. But the way the Niners have handled Aldon Smith alone sets a tone for the organization. You treat your stars like gods and this happens. I've seen it happen on lower scales, college, highschool, why wouldn't it be true in the pros.
