If he can stay healthy (concussion issues), boom. RG3 has a good rapport with him and he's a sick receiving TE. Slight concerns about the number of weapons around him and the running game, but I think Gruden likes to throw to TEs and he will have a huge year if he plays in 14+ games. I scooped him up last year.
