Great story on Demaryius Thomas, who's from just outside my home town. Met him numerous times and done a story on him myself. Always humble. The NFL needs more guys like him.

I think we all wondered that too. I mean sure his numbers weren't great heading into tonight, but you figure you pay your QB that much money, you open up the offense a tad. He getting that money to be a game manager and nothing else.

The belief among many seems to be the Raiders are using San Antonio as leverage to get what they want out of either Oakland or Los Angeles. We'll see though. With the way they love football, Texas could handle three NFL teams IMO.
