REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Yeah, its tough to take him over guys like Brees/Peyton/Brady (risky this year)/Ryan/Romo because those guys are so established but like you said he is going to get a lot of fantasy points running the ball.

For fantasy you take guys like Kaepernick high cause he's a dual threat so he's gonna get passing points and probably rush for about 700-800 as well. If he's not a top 3 fantasy QB then he was not too great as a real QB or he got abused too much to not run. Scam has pretty consistently been a top 3 fantasy QB, and Kaepernick should be much better.

I think everyone is going to be really surprised at how much Kaep runs this year. I think he is going to revert into a pure pocket passer but will get rushing yards on scrambles to force teams to go zone. I don't think Harbaugh wants to endanger the franchise and Kaep can clearly beat a team with just his arm.

Yup, trying to impress by being able to fit balls into the second and third windows down the field. Things Ryan can only dream of. He is just lucky he has the best weapons in football.

What a joke of a post this is. Matt Ryan has plenty of arm strength. He's not this got this panzy arm that you think he has and he's not only good because of the guys he's throwing to.

Its amusing as a non resident fan to hear so much talk about Matt Ryan. No one outside of Atlanta gives a **** about him.

Which one do you disagree with?

All of them. He is not there yet. He can be though. Just being a realist in his position. You need to be consistent and not having one full year and proclaiming him to be is being naive and a bit of a homer.

Oh come on...I'm just messing around. But seriously, Kaep is the greatest QB of all time.

LOL Rogers:

Cornerback: Carlos Rogers, 49ers
Contract Flaw: Paying for the Outlier

Even the 49ers make mistakes. They signed Carlos Rogers away from the Redskins on a bargain-basement one-year deal for $4.25 million, and Rogers promptly picked off six passes and made the Pro Bowl. When he hit free agency, the 49ers had to pay up to get him back, and after an uneven 2012, they're already regretting the four-year, $29.3 million deal they gave him last offseason. Rogers was rumored to be on the cutting block when the 49ers tried to acquire Eric Wright last week, and if they do add a veteran cornerback before camp, his name will continue to fly in such rumors.
