How is RG3 a better runner? They basically had the same effectiveness last year and RG3 is coming off of now his second knee injury. Kaep is bigger/stronger and knows how to avoid contact.

Nobody was as accurate as Kaep on the deep ball last year. Yes, he needs to improve his touch underneath but he was INCREDIBLY accurate last year. RG3 got reps with the first team for all of training camp while Kaep did not and took over midseason. Lets see what Kaep does with a full training camp with the ones.

So you have that Kaep was accurate on deep balls. Wow. How many times do QB's take a shot more than 40 yards down the field anyways? The vast majority of your throws are going to be from 25 yards and in. And it's quite obvious RG3 is more accurate.

RG3 is full 1/10 of a second faster. Peterson has torn his ACL twice as well. Didn't seem to slow him down.

And same effectiveness my ass. They may have averaged around the same per rush, but Griffin had twice as many attempts. That's like saying before his last start Alex Wood was just as impressive as Kershsw b/c they had smiilar ERA's, ignoring the fact that Kershaw has well over 100 more innings pitched.

I would be more than willing to do an avatar bet. But what are we betting on? More yards? TDs? Qb rating?

I would agree with your overall assessment though.

I just watched Kaep every play last year and I just see stardom. I saw RG3 3 times last year and while impressed I don't believe he has the total package that Kaep has.

Its funny that you day it like a fact while plenty of people that cover the sport for their living have said Kaep is better.
 
Also you know that Kaep was clocked at the highest speed of any QB last year in a game right? Kaep also said he got faster from working with Olympic runners this of season. Maybe RG3 is faster without pads on.
 
Just saw on rotoworld that Aldon Smith and Delanie Walker are being accused of shooting two illegally fired weapons at a party last year.

Edit: Doesn't seem too serious.

You're level of spin is Zitoish.

The only concern on RG3 is health. Plenty of people are also saying they want to see Kaep do it over a full season before they crown him GOAT.

Where exactly are the speeds listed for QBs in a game and who exactly is clocking them? Not that it matters anyways seeing as game situations for every run.
 
Nope he was super fast before. He might be slightly faster. You can get better at anything in life with the proper teaching.

Sports science clocks every play and the run against green bay was the fastest time clocked for a qb all year.

Well then it must be true..... :roll:

According to the show, they said it was the fastest time of their analysis. Nowhere did it say they clocked every single play last yr. And as I said, all game situations are different. How many times does a QB break free in order to get up to top speed? Only an incredible homer would actually think RG3 is the fastest QB in the league. And I will guarantee there is no chance in hell that he is faster than Vick, even at Vick's age.

I'm sure RG3 had his opportunities. The only sure metric we have is that RG3 is faster without pads on.
