Yeah a 3rd down running back who only twice eclipsed a 1000 yards from scrimmage is such an asset. Career high receiving yards of 489.

This is a good example of where stats simply don't tell the whole story, which I know is difficult for zito to process. Stats are just not everything.

Yeah because teams were lining up to sign Kevin Faulk, and the Pats had to pay him so much to keep him. :pimp:

Silly me comparing 2 players who aren't stars who stuck aroud on teams for a very long time because they fit a very specific role. Damn how little do I know that there is such a massive difference between how 2 franchises run their team. Here I was thinking they both would keep role players while they're cheap, but little do I know that Andy Reid was just a massive drunk who keeps players around just for ****s and giggles. I guess Avant was his personal cheesesteak fetcher.

I'd like to see that list of players under Reid. Edelman is already at 5, so he must be something, or BB would have gotten rid of him, cause BB never keeps players around who aren't AMAZING!!!!!

No one called Faulk amazing. You can be a pretty important player without being amazing.
 
Some quality games in week 2. Dallas @ KC, Manning Bowl, Washington @ Green Bay, and the SNF game. St.Louis @ Atlanta is intriguing as well. Falcons wide receivers are ailing.
 
Love football Sundays. So many great matchups. Interesting to see how far the Rams have come. Atlanta needs this win badly IMO.
