Poole, Allen, and Kazaee too

And I wanted the LSU DT Dorsey instead of Matt Ryan to be completely honest. I wanted Dorsey, and then get Bryan Brohm later..

Boy, was I WRONG.

I was in the same camp. I don't know if it was Dorsey I wanted or Gholston and Brohm. Either way I was very wrong too. Dimitroff deserves a huge round of applause for going against the grain.

Yeah, I was there until the board basically died. I think I may have been an admin or something around then? I forget what the deal was exactly but I think I wrote some ****ty article style posts and got Admin privileges.

That was embarrassing today. Just embarrassing. At the same time, credit Denver. Their offense and defense were so much better it's not even funny. And the Denver staff coach circles around the Cowboys.

NFC seems rather week this year. This Packers defense looks like it's going to struggle against good offenses.

On a related note, elite Matt Ryan looks like he's here to stay.

Falcons going soft now and playing not to lose.

And it was the right strategy? I think so. Team has played well. It took a Rodgers making great fourth down plays to put points on the board and the Packers just ran out of time to make up lost ground.

Wish this was how we called the game in the SB.

Yup. Falcons in SB tried to keep getting points and in doing so killed the clock one too many times which gave the Pats some more snaps which is what they needed to tie the game. In the 4th quarter Green bay did score twice, but only ran 16 plays. Atlanta also ran 16 plays in the 4th quarter but the key is they took basically 8 minutes off the clock and all of Green Bay's time outs. Compared to the Super Bowl where NE ran 27 plays in the 4th quarter and Atlanta only 16 plays and killed basically no time as 2 crtical fails on 3rd down ruined them. The Ryan sack fumble on 3rd and 1 when they should have put it on the ground, the Ryan sack on 2nd and 11 when the Falcons had the ball in field goal range to win the game and should have just been running the ball. Followed by the Matthews hold on 3rd and 23 that proceeded to truly push Atlanta out of field goal range. If a run was ran on any of those 3 plays the Falcons almost certainly win the Super Bowl.

If the Falcons don't make the Super Bowl again they need to blow the whole thing up. The NFC is absolutely terrible. Green Bay is falling apart...pretty sure someone else just got injured while writing this. Dallas probably has the best and only shot, but that's not saying much. Still months of football left, but there are some really really bad teams out there. Bears, Colts, 49ers, Jets, Browns, and Bengals are legitimately terrible. Battle for the number 1 pick will be exciting!

Any team can lose in a given week, but honestly I think getting their butts kicked supremely on both sides of the ball might be the best thing that could have happened to the Cowboys. You hear all that talk about how dominant their O-line is, and it's really good, but they looked like crap yesterday and their D-line got pushed around too, it'll be a very good object lesson IF they'll just take it that way. I'd a whole lot rather it happen in week two than in week 15. There's still lots of time to correct the problems. If they just had some people who were a little more competent doing the "correcting" I'd feel better.

Eh all it takes is getting hot at the right time. Remember the Giants Super Bowl run, barely make the playoffs and then go on to beat the Pats in 2012. Or in 2007 they beat the undefeated Pats.

Whelp the suddenly offensively potent Rams screwed me pretty good in fantasy last night. Watkins in one league and Gurley in the other. FFB is the worst.
