REAL FOOTBALL Thread

watching stream of NFL game and there was an AD for a Scientology channel. Had no idea that existed and disgusted the NFL would allow their ads.

I knew of that channel. If it was via Direct TV or Dish does the NFL have control if those providers promote their own channels?

Jacksonville is a fraud and a total overrated club. They may make the playoffs but only because that division is gross. Anyone know why two of the last three weeks there hasn’t been a national doubleheader? Sunday Ticket is too expensive and I finally had to give that package up. There were two games on locally today’s. Vikings-Cardinals and Cowboys-Jagurs.

I'm guessing one of your games was blacked out - CBS had a double-header today in my area

Sean Payton got his balls back. Fake punt and went for it on 4th a second time and we havent hit midfield yet. Wow. Ravens defense is legit though.

Now a third 4th down conversion on the first drive! Funny how Payton decides to do this vs the best defense but punts vs bad defenses.

Oh look. Another pitiful Cowboys loss

Not pitiful enough. It needs to be bad enough to get Jerry to finally get us a REAL head coach and 20-17 no matter how it ended up that way won't do it. That was a total BS call on the moving the ball on the FG attempt and I don't even care, I just want JG gone and pretty much every coach on the offensive side to go with him.

That missed extra point was one of the oddest things I've ever seen on a football field. Never seen a kicked ball slice like that. The kicker was stunned too. I didn't know a kick could slice that severely.

Garrett is such a bum. Dallas could have gotten a lot closer and taken at least a shot at the end zone in that last minute. Just horrible

Brees used the force from the sidelines. Tucker almost missed one earlier too. Went above the pole.

Washington is the worst team Atlanta’s played this year. They looked awful.

also seemed like the crowd was almost 50-50 skins bs falcons fans? Huge roar for Julio’s td.

Think the Saints defense is pretty porous which isn’t anything shocking to say. The rush defense I think is skewed because of what the offense does for New Orleans. Yesterday was a prime example of that holding true. Saints smacked the Rams defense and got a huge lead early on and the Rams became one dimensional and relied heavily on the pass. Anyway not knocking them because they are my SB pick and a damn good team.
