The stick up Roger Goodell's ass must be spinning.

heh

offense played well enough to win tonight. surprised the defense gave up that many rushing yards.

All week it was how Dallas needed to play ball control offense to keep LAR off the field. Same idea for the Colts too. Both the Cheifs and Rams flipped the script and dominated TOP.

Let's hope so, and while we're at it can we make it a very jagged stick?

On the Cowboys, my biggest problems with their coaching staff (among many problems) are/were:
1.) almost total lack of imagination, way too plain vanilla and way easy to predict/stop
2.) almost total lack of ability to make adjustments during the game, ie if they're doing something that isn't working during the first half of the first quarter, they'll almost certainly still be doing it during the last half of the 4th quarter. This isn't coaching, it's some sort of sick joke.

Let's go Saints in the NFC and Chiefs in the AFC!!!

Thank you, Saints

Agreed. I only watched the second half but just from that I saw several pretty bad calls, not to mention several yesterday. I would have thought 9ers would be over here complaining but I guess those only bother him when they favor one particular team. Thankfully I don't think any of them, yesterday or today, changed the outcome of any of the games. It might have lowered the offshore bank accounts of some officials though.

Officiating was poor in the AFC game today. I don’t think it mattered much, but when the Patriots get help like today they cannot lose.

All things considered I think the refs generally do a good job. I think we are all quick to assume we could do a better job but seeing all that **** in real time is hard. That said there are some horrendous calls like I looked at that Eagles fumble recovery that they said no clear recovery, that was some bullcrap. I have seen Brees get called for false start 3 consecutive plays for what seemed to be ****s and giggles.

man the NFL was really trying to help dallas, huh? i see you ignore the bad calls against them. which is just truly shocking coming from someone like you.

really tried to help dallas win with that one, huh? i guess the refs forgot their assignment. just a quick lapse.

Then there was the 4th down play when the Rams scored the deciding TD when the Ram's OL literally tackled Taco Charleton with at least one ref standing right there and there was no call. That no doubt helped the Cowboys as well.
