Huge injury for the Niners, Miller is out indefinitely. For a team that likes to run like the Niners do, it could be huge. Dixon will full that role for now, with Mirecec being brought in to back up... but, it is definitely a huge drop off. I can see this easily being more detrimental to the team than having had Crabtree down for most of the season; especially due to timing.

He hasnt been cleared yet but there is some optimism he might return this week.

Question is can they win this week without him and have him for Chicago?
