REAL FOOTBALL Thread

I despise the Broncos. Seriously **** this team. Running up the scoreboard to get in the record books is sad. Have fun losing at home in two weeks Peyton.

I didnt know you could run up the score in the 2nd quarter.

And Manning didnt even play the 2nd half at all.

Somehow, still in this game, trailing only 17-10. Cannot have any more turnovers and have to be a lot better in coverage. Can't count on the Eagles turning over the ball.

This is the most pressure I've seen Dallas put on the QB in a long time

Agree, they actually look like they have a clue for a change. Of course when you're playing a better (or at least healthier) team you can't afford turnovers and we've made two BIG ones. Murray's was inexcusable and Witten's was about 1000X worse, maybe the worst screwup I've ever seen out of such a great player. Still, as long as they Cowboys are playing hard (which they are) and playing smart (which they pretty much are) and giving it their all (which they definitely are) and look like they've actually been coached/taught/prepared this week (which they definitely seem to be) I can take the outcome OK, it's when they look like they're drunk or hungover or like they were updating their Facebook status during the meetings and practices all week that I get ready to strangle them. There's no shame in playing your absolute best and just (maybe) losing to a really good or possibly even better team. Need to cut out the turnovers though, we could be tied or even ahead right now. It all comes down to one half of football, I guess we'll see what they're really made of. Too bad JG hasn't been preparing them this well all season.

Ultimately in a meaningless game the 49ers won an impressive game. CK is close to being where he was last year.

Not gonna go far if the pass d doesn't step up. Palmer with 400+ and Ryan had a ton as well. What's Rodgers gonna do, 500? Cobb is back too right ?
