Debateable????

Wilson has won the most games of any QB in history in his first 2 yrs and has the highest QB rating in history for his first 2 yrs. And has a SB ring. And he's done all this with significantly less talent at the skill positions than Kaep has.

There is zero debate about who is better and it is not even remotely close.

Wilson won a game in the playoffs throwing under 120 yards, child please.

You could plug pretty much any top 15-20 QB with that defense, and they win 11-13 games and probably win the SB.

Brad Johnson, Dilfer, Flacco, Eli all won SB's too, what's your point.

Marino never won a SB, Wilson has, so Wilson > Marino by this logic, right?

Harvin, Tate, Baldwin, Kearse, Miller vs Crab, Boldin, Patton, VD?

Not a massive gap.

Sea has very underrated playmakers.

The attempts of sounding funny not landing

So you'd say that they're close? You're high. The 1 and 2 WR are pretty close, 3 WR is a push, but TE is such a massive blowout for SF it's not funny. VD should be the second best TE in the NFL. Kaepernick doesn't (can't?) utilize him properly.

Seattle als just got Harvin this year and he missed most of the season.

Peyton won a playoff game once throwing for 170 yardsm 0 TD's, and 2 ints. Wha's ur point?

So you are comparing a player with 2 yrs to Marino who has 15+ yrs.. That makes sense....

And don't be an idiot. And top 15-20 QB can do that?? Give me an effing break. Wilson has the best start to his career than ANY QB in the history of the game. How are any of those QB's even remotely comparable?

Harvin was out the entire season. So you are comparing Crab, Boldin, and VD (3 of the best players at their positions) to at best a bunch of #2 WR's (and even that is being generous) in Seattle. You are so FOS. The gap between the players is enormous. Other than Harvin who was hurt the enitre yr, Seattle doesn't have 1 player even remotely close to the level of Boldin, Crabs, or VD.

And that happens how often in the NFL? So alll of your star players are going to take discounts b/c they are "comfortable?" GTFO!!

Justin Smith could have taken more money but didn't. Numbers aren't out on Boldins deal but you read that he took less than he could have gotten on the open market. Same things are being said about Kaep (which I don't believe yet). Lets see what happens. Vernon loves playing in SF and he loves playing with Boldin/Kaep.

While I love Kaep its hard to say that he is on the same level as Wilson right now. But, I do think Wilson is a bit overrated right now. There have been a few scouts that watch the game film and say he is an average QB at best right now. Not sure I agree with that but I do believe Wilson is better. But, in terms of ceiling I think Kaep could be because of his overall size. Wilson has that "it" factor though which is immensely important in a league where one play can mean the difference between a win and loss.

Justin Smith was 33 when he signed his "extension"

Some guys take deals. Guys who're at or near the top of their position don't. Again even the Brady deal got him paid.

a deal with Vernon just means he won't ask for Graham money which I don't think he will.

And Vernon will be 32 when he becomes a Free Agent.

I'm not saying he is going to take 1 million dollars to stay with the team but I'm pretty comfortable in saying he isn't going to take every penny he can get.

An important thing though is to keep the continuity of hte organization in tact and that seems to be a future issue with Harbaugh wanting to leave to get more control. Hopefully if Harbaugh isn't here long term they find a solid candidate to replace him. I'm really hoping its Mangini.

Thats not the freaking point, im saying, the NFL is a TEAM sport.

You can put essentially any good QB, and Sea wins the SB with their defense.

How much is that is because of the team around him?

Please, Boldin just hit 1000 yards in his career for the first time since he was in Arizona. Boldin is good, yes, but there isnt a huge gap between him and someone like Tate.

Baldwin/Kearse essentially wash out Crabtree.

TE is the only huge gap.

And Sea is better at RB, arguably OL too.

Still, there is NOT a huge gap in weapons, sorry.

Wilson is immensely overrated. Put him on a bad team and he'd probably be benched by now.

Yeah, I've read a lot of scouting reports saying that he is just missing a lot out there and the fact that he is smallish kind of hurts his overall projectability.

Now of course Kaep is missing a lot out there as well but his physical tools lead to an argument that he can improve a lot.

Boldin hasn't resigned. Not sure what thethe is talking about. They were close to a deal three days ago. The story broke three days ago and nothing else has been said. That should tell you how close they are.

Seattle has zero players who have had even 1 season over 1,000 rec yards. But somehow these players are close or equal to Crab and Boldin, who are among the best at their position (even if Boldin is old, he'd still easily be the best WR on the Seahawks).

The only position where the Seahawks have a clear advantage at the skill position is at RB, and that isn't a that big of an advantage as Gore and company were still top 10 among rushing yards at the RB position.

Rg3 is going to.be just fine when he is.actually healthy.

Yeah people are foolish to write him off. Have they forgotten how good he was just 2 years ago?

Cousins looked just as bad as RG3 did last year if not worse but people think he's good for some stupid reason.

Speaking of quarterbacks, Kyle Orton is unsure if he's playing next season. If he doesn't, Dallas will have to draft a quarterback in round three or four.
