Pretty dumb of Wade to say, he's probably alienating teams with his twitter comments about not having a job.

Wade is a fine DC, but no coach will be successful in Dallas unless Jerry hires someone that will stand up to him.

The Lions absolutely need another WR... Our offense sucked when Calvin missed two games.

The Lions likely will have their pick of Justin Gilbert or Darqueze and could use a cornerback. Would you rather waste a first round pick on another receiver knowing full well how deep the receiver class is?

They could just as easily go Evans Round 1, CB Round 2.

They used a top 40 pick on Slay last year.

I think I would take Gilbert over Evans.

I would take Watkins > all

The Baltimore Sun reports the Cardinals are expected to sign free agent LT Jared Veldheer to a contract worth $7 million to $7.5 million per year.

As Eugene Monroe is expected to land $8.5 million to $9 million from the Ravens, Branden Albert $9.5 million in Miami, and Rodger Saffold $8 million annually via the Raiders, we'd like this number and player as the best fit on the left tackle market. It's very possible Cardinals QB Carson Palmer put in good words for Veldheer, his former blindside protector in Oakland. Veldheer is the youngest of the group with the best run-pass block combination.

Ravens players have knocked out two people (one being a woman) this offseason. I think that makes them the early leaders?

Luckily for them there is still plenty of time left for another team to take the lead.

The Raiders are a darkhorse even though they only have like 30 players under contract at this point. Does that make them an underdog? My other favorites are the Lions and Bengals.

1 day and 4 hours until FA.

Now talks of the Falcons switching to 3-4, not excited about that. But it would explain why Babs hasn't been resigned. Problme with that though, we have no 3-4 DEs. I don't see anyone in FA either. ANd the teams who run the 3-4 successfully (see Pats and Texans) do it with a dominant 3-4 DE. They create the push that sets up the outside rush and many more.

Babs would be a fantastic 3-4 DE. We are probably at odds over what he is worth. We probably want a 2 year deal, and he probably wants 3-4. He isn't a long term solution for us, and probably wants his last good payday. I knew it wouldn't be easy.

The good 3-4 DEs

Arthur Jones
Randy Starks
Antonio Smith
