With the fact the Braves are taking on that much of the contract, the prospect the Giants get will not be a highly rated one. I'd be surprised if it's more than a top 15. If that the case, then Alex still has some capital to make a deal before the deadline. And I'd be surprised if this was it.

Trading one past hero for another. But, yeah, if we don’t give a **** about luxury tax anymore, I guess it’s okay since we didn’t give up anything significant. Soler is better than everyone in our lineup right now outside of Ozuna/Riley.

Meh. He's probably the best hitter among the remaining OF candidates, but he's a liability in the field. Would be nice up see him just replace Duvy straight up and go get Yastrzemski as well.

Surely we plan on adding a 2b as well. Rengifo would be ideal.

And I still hold out hope we can make a move for an impact SP.

Agreed. Still think we need those 3 positions. We need to get Rosario to either be DFA or solely be a bench bat/late inning PH as well as a strict Duvy/Kelenic platoon. I’m saying this in assuming Harris will be out until close to September.
