The Democrats have been using black people who don't normally vote to steal this country. If there was ever a proper canvassing done in blue counties we would find that millions of illegal votes have been entered into the system. An illegal vote is one that is either not submitted/requested by the actual voter or a vote that changes from the original intention through the bull**** adjudication process.

A person who fills out a ballot and gives it in a sealed envelope for someone else to deliver would be an example of someone not submitting it themselves. Doesnt mean they did not intend to vote. Sending a mail in ballot to someone who didnt request it but is registered to vote is also not wrong in any way shape or form. Your only standard is whether you think its good for your team. If you truly thought your side had the majority you would probably support mandatory voting.
 
A person filling out a ballot and handing it to a trusted election approved party is an example of the voter submitting a ballot.
