Republican voter suppression...

Any reasonable person would stop and read this and go "What the **** happened in Maricopa and where did all these ballots come from?"

But we've always known who here is fine that the election was stolen.

Yep. According to the upcoming kinematics report there are about 27,000 counterfeit ballots. On a side note there are over 5,000 dead voters who voted.

Yup - Just the tip of the iceberg.

Then you layer in the canvassing. The unsigned mail in ballots accepted.

It was such a disaster

The thing that cracks me up is leftists are on record obsessing over democracy and protecting votes, etc. But could care less about the 2020 shenanigans. For the slow bus, any illegal vote offsets a legal one... thus, suppressing votes

There's still a chance the PA Supreme Court might overrule that court though.

Yeah - The super partisian court will probably do that just based on their mind virus affliction.

We all know the truth. Election laws were changed by bodies who have no constitutional authority to do so.

They had to stop Trump at all costs.

The biggest thing they don't realize is that majority of illegal acts happened in the cities so really the votes they are offsetting are primarily minority votes.

The SCOTUS was the one that pissed me off the most. They deliberately moved the PA case way past the election and ruled it all Moot.

Yeah - The filing made by Guiliani was perfect and will hold up to the test of time.

Everything was in there on how Democrat voters were given additional rights that Republican voters did not have.

I'm wondering now that a COURT has ruled that universal ballots were unconstitutional if 57 now believes there was fraud in the 2020 election.

"The decision, by a five-judge Commonwealth Court panel of three Republicans and two Democrats, could be put on hold immediately by an appeal from Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration to the state Supreme Court."

...

"The three Republican judges agreed with Republican challengers, saying that no-excuse mail-in voting is prohibited under the state constitution and the constitution must be changed to allow it. The two Democrats on the panel dissented.

The state Supreme Court has a 5-2 Democratic majority.

In 2019, the Republican-controlled Legislature authorized no-excuse mail-in voting for all voters, expanding upon a provision in the state constitution that required the state to provide the option for people to vote if they are unable to vote in person for specific reasons."

Knowing I'm not the first to say this but you really should start reading what you post.
The devil is in the details as they say

Man - I can't wait till those 141K ballots in Fulton County see the light of day.

Thats going to blow the top off of the whole election narrative.

So let me get this straight.

You don't care if a court rules on it. You just care if your people rule on it.

Thanks for stepping right into my trap.

The result of substituting their ideology for religion, combined with a media industry that filters out the stuff most damaging to that ideology. None of them have heard anything about this stuff in months, one of those "the science is settled" subjects.

Almost every single day we have learned more and more about how the 2020 election was ripe with fraud and incompetance.

I care what is and isnt a standing law. If that is your question
Let's see the appeal.

And wondering the legalese behind this panels ruling

Again, had you too learned Civics in high school you wouldn't embarrass yourself
as often by not knowing/understanding how our government operates from day to day.
Executive
Judicial
Legislative

at the local state and federal levels

Oh - So let me ask then which of those branches has the authority to write laws such as ones pertaining to elections?

pile

At the end of this pile of word salad let me correct you
the basis of science is that it is never " settled"
