Rethinking Policing

After Denver crime soard to 25 year highs.... things aren't getting much better in 2022.

Violent crime is up 9%
Robberies are up 36%
Car thefts are up 28%
Drug crimes are up 44%

The dismissal of exploding crime rates is one of the more interesting things we have seen from the left in the past five years.

Seems the old methods aren't working, trying something new I applaud

Has nothing to do with dismissing crime.
I have asked you before to stop putting words in my mouth and attributing meanings that you and sturg randomly apply that are 99.9% of the time beside the point

Weird that old methods stop working when the 'defunding police' mantra became commonplace from the left.

i'm always shocked crime isn't always way worse than it always is for this country

with the amount of economic disparity, the amount of guns in this country, the amount of mental health issues and people with them that don't get help cause it isn't funded to provide help, the amount of places with not enough cops and then the places with just a bunch of bad cops too

it's absolutely amazing things aren't always worse

but i mean, a real critical thinker is pretty much saying a bunch of people wanting funding for police departments to be spread out differently to combat certain things and calling it "defund the police"

made cops just stop doing their job to prove a point that they need them and their excessive force

i guess

cause saying it changed when some people wanted to "defund the police" makes no sense

since, practically, no one actually did "defund the police" and police budgets only went up.
