NEW: A federal judge in Wisconsin ruled that a

WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUIT filed by the father of a

young man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse can proceed.

It took over 100 hours for private investigators to track

down Rittenhouse to serve him with the lawsuit paperwork.

will be interesting to see where this goes.
