I mean Ortiz failed a drug test, what more is there to understand? His activity with Presinal was suspicious enough (as was almost every Dominican player), but when you add in that he failed a test, clearly he used PEDs. The circumstances surrounding the leak were shady as hell, but it doesn't alter the test.
