Agreed. If they could somehow unload Swisher and/or Bourn, it would be the optimum time to buy.

It would depend on the owner I guess but I hope whoever it is, is an individual and not a corporation. I want somebody who actually cares about the team. If we did Fredi never would of made it this far. And we probably wouldn't of seen so many fan favorites traded off either.

It's easy....Ted Turner/Arthur Blank/Mark Cuban, form a 3 headed monster that buys the Braves and quickly provide us with the number 1 payroll in ALL of baseball! Let it happen!

New ownership might help the payroll quite a bit, but I'd temper expectations. If memory serves, even our re-worked TV deal is middling at best.
