What did Schiff know and when?

What are the ramifications here if it is proven he knew when Ohr spoke to the FBI?
 
How disappointing that you all only want to talk about certain topics within the universe of collusion. It really shows the true bias that you all claim to not have.

Schiff intentionally made a point on Ohr during his memo release because he knew how damning it was and probably assumed Ohr would never flip. Just like the FBI knew the Dossier was horse**** before giving it the FiSA court, Shiff knew he was lying to the American people.

And Nunes is the one that gets criticized even though his memo was completely accurate? Geez...

The central factual claim in the Nunes memo was that the provenance of the Dossier was not disclosed in the FISA app. However, the fact that the dossier was a product of research funded by a poltical opponent was included in the app, which was apparently good enough for the judge(s). Does this meet the standard of “complete accuracy?”

Speaking for myself, I’m not seeing the relevance of what you’re banging on about wrt Bruce Ohr, who wasn’t even involved in the FISA process. The whole Nunes memo silliness was a transparent attempt by Congressional Trump allies to undercut and obfuscate. It’s a rearguard action against the investigation, which has not borne a lot of fruit. As nsacpi has mentioned, whatever dirty laundry there is will be aired by the DoJ IG investigation. I mean, I’m sorry that’s considered less worthy of breathless posting than a concerted effort to obstruct justice by the President, or the potential of various criminal conspiracies involving the campaign.
 
Per buzzfeed article tonight, Trump instructed Cohen to lie about the Trump Tower Moscow project. The article indicates that there is documentary evidence to support the allegation.

This, as described, is pretty clearly obstruction of justice. It’s a felony.
 
Cohen is slated to give testimony before the House in February, but Reuters is reporting that Cohen is rethinking his appearance following threats from Donald Trump against his father-in-law.
 
Without a doubt should be impeached

if the Republican party wasn't a dumpster fire and actually had courage to do the right thing

it would happen

The relevance? The FBI aided by some in the hustice department knowlingly defrauded that FISA court. That isnt a big deal?

This has been reviewed by (R) House and Senate and they found ruffles at the edges but not at the scale you seem to want to see.
Another perhaps ? The proverbial solution in search of a problem

The details of where it came from were clearly obfuscated. The only reason for the wording to be included as it was is clearly to hide the true source or else they could have informed the judge in much clearer terms.

So yes, it was complete accuracy as opposed to factually incorrect claims in the schiff memo.
 
Again, schiff felt the timelinr was so important regarding Ohr that he included it in his memo. Why do you think he did that?
 
As with all of this im cautious until proof is supplied which mueller will have but the timing of this leak is convenient to mute the Ohr testimony.
