Aggressively confronting Russia by bitching and moaning about sanctions Congress put in place with a veto proof majority and inviting Putin back into the G8. So confrontational he was.
Cool. If that's the case how come the person who did it wasn't charged, huh? If this same scenario happened under Trump you wouldn't be singing this tune. The real world doesn't work this way, bud. If your underling supposedly did this you're held responsible for it. It was her and her campaign's job to notify everyone not to touch anything.
I guess from now on any time someone has their hard drive under subpoena they can just have an employee delete info from it and everyone gets away with it scot-free. The absurdity of this is just mind-blowing.
They werent interested in charging a random nobody. They were out for Hillary. They offered the IT guy immunity in hopes that he would saybHillarybtildnhim to do it. He didnt. It's just weird that you claim people who were out to get a Hillary for political reasons protected her by not charging her with a crime that there isnt even a .0000001% chance she would be convicted of. I get that your are slow but no matter hownkuch you think something to be true, it has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. What you wanted wouldn't have even passed the standards of a civil trial. Why is that sonyarr to understand?
Prosecuting him didnt further the goal of getting Trump elected. With as dumb as your arguments are maybe you should try some dope, it cant possibly make you dumber.
Which law did having a private email server break exactly?
Theres no real comparison between Hillary and Trump if we are being honest. Her emails are digital whereas Trump had physical documents. What was classified in Hillarys emails was classified AFTER they were on her server. She and her lawyers never lied under oath that they didnt have documents that the FBI later found easily in a search. The FBI also tried desperately to charge her with deleting her subpoenad emails. They even gave the IT guy immunity in hopes he would say Hillary told him to do it. I dont blame you if you are skeptical of the IT guys story, so am I, but it wasnt a winnable case for prosecutors. Also the way they destroyed her government hard drives/phones is consistent with policy. I have done IT work for the government and we had to destroy all hard drives. We used a drill. My issue with her server was that it was a roundabout way to avoid FOIA requests which should be criminal.
Uh, is your reading comprehension that bad? Should be and is are too different words with very different meanings sir.
Durham trial not going well. Durham spent hours arguing and trying to impeach his own witness who testified that the defendant was truthful to the FBI. Is he trying to speed run an exoneration? Let's see if the jury beats the 7 hours to suit from the Sussman hoax.
That's why it's illegal. You told the truth and it backfired on you. LOLOLOLOL!!!
As I said before the trial is meaningless. What comes out of it has already been meaningful.
These goalposts are going over the speed limit they are moving so fast.
I wish dodging FOIA was a crime. Anyways, about that law you say she broke, you can list it anytime now.
Oh **** guys she broke government rules. This guys over here talking about government rules. Not a law. Government rules..... lol. I never figured you for a comedian but son of a bitch you got me. Haven't laughed that hard in a while. Today I learned people can be prosecuted for breaking government rules. Trump better watch out.
