Yeah, I'm a sucker for a good spy novel. Eric Ambler's A Coffin for Dimitrios is probably my favorite.

At what point did the trump campaign collude with Russia during thebelectionthe election? Haven't we been through this with Flynn? Nobody is going to think it's out of line for an incoming president to begin a direct relationship with a foreign power.

You are actually jumping on this based on the accounts if an unamed witness? Where he we seen this before?

Can this wait to be an actual story before it's a story?

Even at its worst it is portrayed as the start of a back channel. There is nothing wrong with that activity and demonstrate's no prior communications. Or else why go through this trouble?

With the nature of the media at the time and the backlash against trump? Absolutely. Actual work needed to get done to fix the middle east which was growing ever more close to exploding. And look at it now. Alliance with Israel is stronger. Saudi Arabia is finally begining to embrace some sense of modernity. The physical caliphate for ISIS has been destroyed.

There was no time to deal with the expected backlash frim the left in the country.

There is absolutely nothing illegal about this even if it happened in a 'secret back channel' conduit.

in theory a back channel could be innocuous...in which case I suspect Mr. Nader would not have been questioned multiple times and Mr Prince would not have perjured himself
