Russia Collusion Scandal (aka A Leftist fantasy)

There are a range of possible reasons why the BuzzFeed article got some things wrong and Mueller felt compelled to issue its statement. I'll toss out one possibility, which is the two sources, possibly from SDNY, do not have the full picture. And that Mueller did not want Congress acting on the basis of of inaccurate or incomplete information. I think one think the Democrats need to keep in mind is that they start out way behind in terms of the information they have relative to Mueller's team and should be careful about acting on an incomplete set of facts.

Media used to not run stories like this without some proof.

Those days are gone... have been since around November 6 2016

BuzzFeed had two sources and apparently were shown some of the documents. I'm not prepared to ascribe malevolence or unprofessionalism on their part.

You mean there isnt a trend thats been sjown since trump came onto the political stage in full force.
 
One thing which perhaps bears underlining is that Mueller has a strong reputation as a straight shooter and fair guy. I hope those of you who have been eager to see him as part of a witch hunt or deep state conspiracy will reconsider.

I'm confident if he has evidence showing Trump being a foreign agent controlled by an enemy that he will come forward and expose.

The fact that he hasn't is telling to me.

Maybe in the next two years... or after those Germans come forward

trump is a great gift to the media...the truth about him is more than sufficient for thousands of sensational but true stories

he will come forward once he is satisfied that there is nothing more to run to ground...my view is that his report is going to be horrific for trump

The media have embarassed themselves and done an almost irreparable damage to the profession.

If you would curb your deep rooted hatred for just a minute you would see what is truly happening.

If he has as much as you think he does what the **** is he waiting for? He can get him impeached tomorrow before he declares a national emergency

This whole "he wants to get every piece out there" is nonsense. It's been a 2 year investigation... Was there collusion or not? If he has the evidence let's see it before Trump keeps getting crazier?

I think it's much more likely he has nothing... and that's been my contention from the get go... I know that's me averting my gaze... but I'm also not the one orgasming over closing in walls, this is big stories, and german bombshells. So far, I've been right
