Yes, its very common for the prior administration to put their finger on an election. No issues with that.

I would think that everyday the Justice Department of any and every administration makes decisions on what to and what not to prosecute

i can't for the life of me figure out why we are still searching for the truth from someone that has been trying to duck, dodge and dismantle and discredit this investigation

Every prosecutor in the world will tell you Trump is clearly acting like he is guilty as hell. It's probably not even collusion because Russia didn't need Trumps assistance to help him. He is scared ****less about something with Russia.

1) Manafartov offering briefings to Derispaka
2) Manafartov sharing private polling data
3) Negotiations for a lucrative real estate deal through the summer of 2016
4) Search for hacked emails by campaign cutout Peter W Smith, who raised 200K to be paid out to "Russian students"
5) Outreach from Trump campaign to Wikileaks regarding the timing of the release and content of emails
6) Efforts by Flynn, Kushner and Prince to set up back channel
7) Efforts by Flynn to reassure Russians re sanctions relief (unlikely that Flynn did this without instruction from those up the line of command)
8) Request for quid pro quo in form of sanctions (adoptions) policy changes by Russians at Trump Tower meeting.

None of the above are innuendo...sowwy...they are well established facts

listening to Maddow from last night she wonders aloud if Trump hasn't already been indicted via sealed indictment

she also points out that though true it is verboten to charge a sitting POTUS, it is not the same for his business' - or the officers of that business
