I mostly ignored this part of what you say because you are clearly being purposely ignorant, but today I actually went look it up. Thethe, the investigation started with Papadapowhatever in July of 2016.

The investigation, or illegal spying whatever you want to call it, happened towards the end of 2015.

But, if you want to say it started with Papa then i suggest you read up on his 'contacts'. Then youll see how wide ranging this hoax truly was.
