And there it is - Horowitz basically said that while he found no evidence of bias the lack of sufficient explanation for all these errors effectively implies bias.

The guy who was hired, Carter Paige, was never even charged with a crime and it was made known now that the FBI DELIBERATELY WITHHELD exculpatory evidence to the FISA judges. They knew that Paige was clean and yet they still pursued FISA warrants. Its obvious to anyone that the real reason was because they wanted an excuse to spy on the Trump campaign. That is the crime and has proven to be the most egregious abuse of our surveillance state in the history of this country.

At one point you mocked the importance of the Steele Dossier in the FISA applications. Now we know it was almost the majority of the evidence that was submitted. How you are unable to see what happened is beyond me.

And yet, the investigation had already begun. So while the problems with the Page surveillance are legitimate, focusing on that while ignoring the rest is missing the forest for the trees.

What you’re eliding about the emails is that their existence was leaked, which forced Comey’s hand—a decision that was still arguably a mistake. That’s pretty clearly someone putting their thumb on the scale due to political bias, right?

Ignoring what else? The whole investigation rested upon information they were able to glean from the FISA warrants. THey were able to open an investigation because the standard is absurdly low as evidenced by what they used to open up this particular investigation.

Forced his hand or revealed the fact they were hiding something which could be interpreted as putting their finger on the scale of the election as well. Lets not even get into the Clinton investigation becuase it was obvious the FBI was in the tank for her which is yet again as you say putting your finger on the scale. This again leads to the discussion of keeping a ledger for both sides and you know deep down that you would lose that battle.

And again, are you going to admit you were wrong about the FISA case or just sweep that under the rug?

All you have is a complaint about a technicality. Trump was a liar and a crook and needed watching, just like he still needs watching. He's Putin's punk and now Barr is his punk. I'm not so interested in the administrative errors when it comes to fighting America's enemies. And neither is Trump, who pardons soldiers for the same thing.

The hypocrisy is everywhere.
 
Yeah the FBI which Horowitz found largely thought of Hillary as the anti-christ was so working in her favor. Maybe I am mistaken but who did the FBI publicly investigate and announce reopening the case right before election day? Comey specifically said he told Congress because the New York FBI people were so anti-Hillary that it was guaranteed to leak.

If only we didnt have a super ultra liberal AG she would be charged..... right?





And again, law enforcement can blow your door off at 2 am and raid your home pointing assault rifles at you and your family based solely off the word of a crackhead. In Chicago the cops there are literally raiding wrong jokes and don't give a ****. They are even caught on video realizing they got their **** wrong and STILL keep searching the wrong home. I have seen a person get SWATTED and despite being the victim of attempted murder they bring in drug dogs to find his marijuana and arrest the victim.



Did you know police can throw you in jail if you are raped? Happened to a girl where I lived. They told the girls mother she was in a mental hospital..... she even spent Christmas in jail.... because she was the victim of being raped and she isnt charged or accused of any crime.



The consent decrees your guy told police to ignore. You k on what was included in that? In Louisiana they were using this thing called investigative hold where they arrest you and put you in a cell with no toilet, bed, or running water for 7 days without even seeing a judge and they dont need any reason. You dont give a **** about civil liberties and neither does Trump.

There was gross negligence that can be explained in no other way other than extreme bias.

Just admit it - You guys were taken for a ride and you were blinded by irrational hate but one rooted in the fact you don't like that your policy preferences are no longer preferred amongst the people.

Lots of people are going to jail and Obama will have to answer for this administrations, and really his crimes.

you mean what you are doing with the report saying if anything Steele was biased in favor of the Trumps, that many in the FBI view Hillary as the antichrist, or the part where Comey said he had to publicly announce the reopening of the investigation into Hillary because the NY office would have leaked it because they hate Hillary.


I think its hilarious how much you suck up to law enforcement no matter how corrupt and criminal they are and now expect other people to be outraged that you think something illegal was done to investigate your side. Your mother****er was praising the rank and file chicago police who have a well known history of torturing confessions out of people like 2 weeks before this Ukraine thing started.
