It didnt make me dumb enough to fall for the Sussman hoax. But do go on complaining that Trumps own pick for SM is so bad. If you people want to claim the judge was lied to then wtf are you mad at the judge for?

All evidence showed the Clinton campaign did not want Sussman to take it to the FBI. How can he be there on behalf of a campaign that didnt want him taking that action. Beyond that the lie has to be material to the investigation. The FBI was skeptical Trump would be so stupid and barely investigated before ruling it out. Did you notice that even the highly partisan Durham didnt charge Sussman with lying about the allegation?



And its your side that calls every allegation not resulting in a conviction a hoax. So just trying to stay consistent.

Which is bull**** because Hillary's own campaign manager said that Hillary approved of it. The lie was material to the investigation because he was in Hillay's camp. If this is one of Trump's people he would have been convicted.
 
They approved of leaking it to the media. Hillary's campaign manager testified that he and Hillary approved of leaking it to the media but not the FBI because they did not trust them because of the unethical actions James Comey had taken to damage her campaign.



Also, Sussman's employment with the Hillary campaign was public knowledge that was known by the FBI agents at the time. What's next, he lied about being 47 when he is actually 48?

If they leak it to the media that means the FBI knows about it too. Duh. That makes zero sense.

He went to the FBI because he thought it was worth investigating. The Hillary campaign believed the FBI to be highly partisan for Trump so the media would do a better job investigating the claim. I dont know what the MSM has to do with this, I am presenting you with the facts of the case. I cant even process the amount of stupid from the last part. No one is charged with making a false claim about Trump and Alfa bank so why would it be illegal to tell the media what wasnt illegal to tell the FBI directly?

Judge and jury didn't seem to think so. I guess you do. Which is your prerogative. We all have our opinions. The legal system is there for a purpose. To adjudicate such matters.

The judge hinted rather strongly he would have dismissed the charges if the jury had come back with a guilty verdict. In the end the jury went with not guilty. Both judge and jury did not see anything there.

DC courts in action. Do you really believe that the same verdict would have come out if it was a Trump person? The guy lied and it's all documented.

Even your beloved Bill Barr commented on the two-tier justice system in DC when this verdict came out.
