10 guys had better seasons than Wilson? Sounds crazy but maybe the league was stacked this year.
Love the reports on Wilson in addition to his production.
That is a really odd way to order these guys. Maybe we are a little high on Wentz and Wilson bc of recent success. I would have went Anderson, Wentz, Pache, then Wilson. Interesting though. I've always been kinda low on Pache because I wasn't that big of a believer in his bat, but hopefully I'm wrong

But thethe told me Wentz was in the running for best LHP prospect in baseball.
But thethe told me Wentz was in the running for best LHP prospect in baseball. Too much scouting of the stalines. Anderson has always been and will remain the better prospect.
He was in fangraphs most recent rankings. So was I wrong?
Pretty interesting from their Sally League chat (Taveras is ranked #27 overall by Pipeline)--
Dan (Sally Land): Pache vs Taveras seems like an interesting debate. Pache seems to show better contact skills and defense. If he can be projected to 15-20hrs, could he surpass Leody?
J.J. Cooper: It was an interesting debate. Absolutely if you were confident that Pache is going to hit for even average power I'd say he would edge Taveras, but that's a big jump from his lack of power now. I and a number of scouts do believe he'll fill out, but it's projecting a lot.
Acuna 2.0
I think the deal on Pache is that even if his bat doesn't develop like hoped, he has a MLB future. He is apparently phenomenal defensively and can fly. And while his Ks are high, his BBs are also in a pretty good spot. So even if he doesn't develop much power, he can be a decent bat, sort of in the Inciarte mold with maybe even more on-base skills. So he's pretty easy to project. Next year is huge for him, and he could see a BIG jump.
Fangraphs had him 74th.
How many LHP were rated above him?
