SATURDAY MINORS FINAL 7/3/21; Franklin V Hits 10th Homer

I accidentally called red-hot Braves prospect Jesse Franklin "Vince Franklin" earlier this week and I wondered where the hell I got that. At least part of the explanation is that his name in the box scores shows him as "Franklin V". Well, it turns out that he now wants to be known and recognized as Jesse Franklin V (the fifth).
He homered again Saturday night, his 10th, so if he keeps that up, I say we call him Henry the 8th if that's what he wants.
Oh, the rest of the mystery solved is that I am a dumbass.

Tampa Bay FCL team beast FCL Braves 11-4 today. IF/OF Geraldo Quintero is performing best out of the gate with a .583 OBP in the first three games (microscopic sample size). He had a really solid BB-rate in the Dominican Summer League two years ago. Rest of the team seems to replicate the model of the rest of the Braves' minor league squads in that they strike out at alarming rates.
