It will be interesting to see what policies private schools adopt. Most don't have to deal with teachers unions.

One thing I'm curious about is what they do if they experience a cluster of cases. How much sharing of information if that happens? Do they close down one classroom? The whole school?

Here in NY, I can go out for dinner, indoors or outdoors. Go for a haircut. Life is good.

The percentage of tests coming back positive in the county I live in has been below 1% for a while. I'm pretty optimistic about schools reopening safely.

And if you were honest about the science you would know that kids aren't a material vector. But you'll latch onto any position opposite of trump.

Its great for us that have good white collar jobs. 2020 has been by far the best year of my life.

Israel says hello.

I think it is important to open schools. I think where I live it will be done safely. Sacrifice some things (like bars) and wear masks so the schools can re-open under safe conditions. The Grand Bargain that most Americans would go for.

But it’s incredibly stupid

Everyone wants kids in school and learning

That on every single topic that you have the ability to only look at things in a vacuum is amazing

You’re argument is acting as if nothing at all is going on in the world and it’s people just singing Pink Floyd about not needing any education or something.
