School Openings

Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott wants schools open, but said on

Fox Business Network today that his grandchildren won't be attending.

They will be distance learning.

Every elected official who supports opening schools

should be asked this same question.

This is all fine. Some school systems aren't offering both options either, so he may not have a choice. He isn't the school superintendent or the school board, he's a senator.

Now that Trump has canceled the Florida convention why not hold it in classrooms throughout the country where it’s safe.

From the CDC...

The Importance of Reopening America’s Schools this Fall

"... Death rates among school-aged children are much lower than among adults. At the same time, the harms attributed to closed schools on the social, emotional, and behavioral health, economic well-being, and academic achievement of children, in both the short- and long-term, are well-known and significant. Further, the lack of in-person educational options disproportionately harms low-income and minority children and those living with disabilities. These students are far less likely to have access to private instruction and care and far more likely to rely on key school-supported resources like food programs, special education services, counseling, and after-school programs to meet basic developmental needs.[4]..."

"... Scientific studies suggest that COVID-19 transmission among children in schools may be low. International studies that have assessed how readily COVID-19 spreads in schools also reveal low rates of transmission when community transmission is low. Based on current data, the rate of infection among younger school children, and from students to teachers, has been low, especially if proper precautions are followed. There have also been few reports of children being the primary source of COVID-19 transmission among family members.[6],[7],[8] This is consistent with data from both virus and antibody testing, suggesting that children are not the primary drivers of COVID-19 spread in schools or in the community.[..."

Not safe to have a republican convention

But schools!!! They good to open.

Lol

let me help you here.

I made the observation yesterday that you and the MAGA boys ---- your strong suit aint reflection
so, that relates to your above predicament in that

1) you are either not making your point well
or

2) the vast majority of readers think you are wrong
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

how does one get out of that

1) read what you wrote over and over and be uber critical. Imagine yourself the person you are trying to convince is reading it.
Use me if you like - first read punctuation/spell check etc etc etc - then meat and potatoes. Will this make sense to --- I dont know, gold
try it

2) quit reading the same **** over and over and expect to find different conclusions that dont get you mocked.
Or, simply quit reading gospel pieces. Feel free to disagree with your paid for podcasts and blogs

Read things --- read some more things --- talk to the janitor or in a hotel ask and listen to the housekeeping people about their lives
and listen and dont talk

Read and consider what you read here. Leave the Rapid Response Team to the other MAGA --

Because generally, people think your ideas are BS.
Not very cordial, huh ?
Tough love
////

The real test --- go to a bar get a few in you and start talking this stuff.
Comics do this --- they try out their material

Remember when you thought kids going back to school would result in 24k dead kids.

LOL

That was another one we had to explain to you ten times before you understood

Directly from the CDC statement on their website yesterday. Why do you guys hate minorities and science?

Every policy the left and democrats push hurts minorities. Look at the parties history. That shouldn't shock you.

But minorities have voted Dems for decades and look how well they are doing today. If you take out the poverty and potting and fires and rioting and murders, things are great

a) kids arent back to school yet

b) this aint about me getting the numbers right.
This is about getting it right --- if the estimate was 24,000 I and most have a pretty good grasp of english to understand what an estimate is and exactly how an estimate works. It is generally a worse case scenario,
I learned in business you can always come down -- it is a bear and next to dishonest to go up

I and I take for granted all else here hoped all along no one would die or get sick

Do you honestly think people here hope other people die or get hospitalized so they can win chop country forum for a day?
That is what I read -- what did you read before you sent REPLY ?
