I'd say another 6 months or so we are going to see a big decease in average rental price (concentrated mostly in big cities) - This will be the big indicator of true deportations.

Absolutely not - This is just the beginning. When illegals kids aren't allowed to suck up the resources of American kids in schools - When illegals aren't allowed to go into hospitals for free health care - When illegals aren't able to find places to rent. That is when the massive self-deportations will occur.

But when rents plummet it'll be the clearest indication that the 10-20M figure thrown around for number of illegals will be the biggest joke (which is what I think you said).

Need funding to do it - As long as weak willed republicans give hte voters what they asked for it will happen. Same thing as the wall - Nothing Trump can do if Republicans go against the will of their voters.
