Good news, the White House is doing a phenomenal job of re-writing the history on it for you.
Yes, the record was sorely lacking in its description of Mike Pence’s cowardice and sabotage.
One of the key aspects for sure.
Look at what the next four years brought. All it took was some courage but Pence lacks that completely.

I don’t condone the violence and wouldn’t weep if the guy was held accountable for misdemeanor assault or whatever, but this isn’t really an indictment on migrant business. A bunch of fucking weirdos are finding every daycare they can that are owned by immigrants and showing up to “investigate” for clout. Telling them to fuck off is exactly what I’d do if I were running a legitimate business.

A bunch of wannabe influencers demanding access to record a video in a fucking day care they’ve decided with zero evidence is a fraudulent operation is not solving any problems. If I were a parent dropping my kid off, I’d be more concerned with them *not* preventing random people from recording my child and putting it on their fucking Twitter.
Having a hard time parsing Trumpese here. Is he claiming:
The United States is buying the oil from Venezuela and Trump will be controlling the dollars from what the US then does with that federally owned oil?
The United States is buying the oil from Venezuela, but that Donald Trump is going to have total control over the money sent to Venezuela?
Or
The United States is being given the oil and Trump is going to then sell it and control the profits?
I take back my claim if it’s not the latter, but the two former options aren’t great!
Maduros corrupt government is still there. Giving this money (market value for oil) is a stupid thing to do. Trump will continue to use these carrots to ensure the Venezuelan government moves in the right direction. The one favorable to the US and the Venezuelan people.

This isn’t an answer to my question, but in essence we are preventing them from selling oil to their trade partners, then demanding to sell their oil on their behalf and ration the money for that oil as we see fit? That’s effectively an invasion and we shouldn’t be doing it.
