It's not as black and white as you try to make it seem. Proper mask wearing of the infected and non infected does reduce the likelihood of transferring respiratory viruses. The only argument is by how much and if it's worth it.

I'm willing to bet there isn't a single republican who could have their hard drive wiped after being subpoenaed and nobody gets punished for it.
Before Cajun for the millionth time does his flimsy excuse that her employee did it that isn't something the court would say "okay" and then go on.
Just imagine if Trump has e-mails that are possibly confirming ties to Putin. A subpoena has been issued and one of his people deletes the hard drive. Trump and that employee don't walk from this. That's a promise.

We could say that for any business owner as well. Let's say Cajun opens up his dream business, a marijuana farm called Tegridy Farms. He receives a subpoena for his hard drive and then when they come to retrieve it he says that his drive has been wiped by an employee.
Cajun's ass would not just go to jail he would be underneath it.

I dont know why its so hard for you to understand that charges require atleast a shred of evidence. If there was any Trumps DoJ would have gone after her. I dont know what the statute of limitations are but Trump could still prosecute her for it. In fact I welcome it. Just dont whine when it doesnt pass a motion to dismiss. If you believe what you say then the person you should be mad at is Trump. He said he would prosecute her for it. Even if you want to make some dumb argument that Trump didnt want to open that pandoras box its open now. Theres no excuse now. You mistake my legal opinion as me not wanting Hillary to go to prison. I am simply telling you the facts. You should be mad at Trump for protecting Hillary instead of me.

There is a big difference between how LE treats ordinary people and people who can afford to defend themselves. So yeah if it was me I would be charged and they would try to use the weight of the process to get me to take a plea deal. They cant get away with that with people of top tier status like Hillary and Trump.
This is a crazy response. Evidence? The hard drive was wiped after a subpoena. The law was broken. What more do you want?
She was cleared by the FBI. You do not get a chance to keep going after someone unless something new pops up.
There won't be many bills that get passed in the time before special elections are held - Lots of dirty work outside of legislation that needs to happen in Trumps 4 years.

Yeah, you need evidence that Hillary was in any way involved. Circumstantial evidence isnt enough to charge. Its enough to investigate for real evidence but that is it. Based on your understanding cops could just arrest and charge the nearest person to any crime committed. And the FBI charging recommendation does not stop the DoJ from prosecuting someone. They can choose to go with that or ignore it. I dont even think it would pass the low standards of a grand jury. You need to ask some of your lawyer friends you claim to have because you tell me they think thats enought evidence to convict her I will know you are lying.

That's because you don't know what facts are. Like it's a fat that Donald Trump is a convicted felon. It's a fact that no significant amount of fraud was found in 2020. It's a fact that Trump org was convicted of a pattern and practice of fraud. It's also a fact Trump won in 2024. You inject your feelings into facts and get mad when people call you out on it. You are free to believe lizard people run the world all you want but with no actual evidence you got nothing to stand on.
And I know I am wasting my time but I am neutral in that I hate the left and MAGA. If anything I am biased towards conservative ideology but I don't fit in either party. That's what makes me neutral. I am a registered independent and have voted for 3 different parties in my 20 years of voting.
