Second ('Third') Trump Presidency Thread

Listless vessels

I’m really looking forward to the inevitable DC Draino “we need to get rid of the Senate Filibuster” pivot that will coincide with the leftist versions of him suddenly caring a whole lot about the 60 vote threshold being “an important part of our system of checks and balances.”

No, no. It still might be 8D Chess and Trump could be vetting replacement candidates to find the best America First Speaker. Perhaps Matt Gaetz, Elon Musk or one of his kids.

Thanks for the assist, Matt!

Worst thing Republicans can do is accept a position of power in the Trump admin because as soon as you fail to deliver on some of their insane demands you become their enemy. Wat h, in 4 years they will hate Kash Patel for "protecting" all their enemies because he couldn't prosecute them. Gaetz dodged a bullet by not being AG.

The Florida Republican Party has their **** together. That Matt Gaetz could manage to gain popularity on the right for dodging the people that voted for him and get to dictate the story of the release of his ethics report as a news personality rather than a sitting member of Congress, is just impressive politics. Gaetz is lucky Trump was willing to use the Attorney General nomination to set this all into motion.

Gaetz, who has done nothing but make the party weaker, is truly beloved among the maga cult

RDS, who has implemented the *stated* MAGA policies better than any politician in history, is hated by the maga cult

Why? Bc it's a cult

2025 coming in with some strong omens.

No, because when it’s not a Muslim, it’s just called something different. We’ve had all manner of terrorists in our country that aren’t Muslim. Do we get to call other domestic terrorists not “homegrown” because they were once from somewhere else?

MAGA cult: Trump has learned his lesson with personnel this time around

Trump: "here's somebody i don't like. But let's see what happens? Probably won't work out"

Wherein MTG throws gasoline on an unfounded claim that the LV bomber emailed some guy about Chinese drones, but also implicates her Orange God for covering up war crimes in Afghanistan.

well, as we get off to an inausspicious start with out controversy over whether flags are at half mast during
inaururation.

I weigh in that ... well, 34 of 34 is 34 of 34.
and Carter had no E Jean Carrols or Rudy Giulliani's
in his closet.

never a fan of any of the Cneneys and think it a major mistake her father is not in prison for war crimes
and cant think of 1 policy she ane I agree

And people getting hung up on Trumps tweets need to realize how insane Joe Biden’s would be if he had the guts to handle it himself
