A member of the executive branch calling on the legislative branch to have control over the judicial branch because some members of the judicial branch oppose the policies of the current Administration is bad.
At this point there is no stopping Trump and MAGA populism but this is a point in time.
I don't even watch fox anymore (since Tucker was disposed) so I don't expect you to but there was a considerable amount of time spent on 'anti-Trump/MAGA' content prior to the election results. Now its full capitulation because the 'principled' conservatives lost in dramatic fashion.

Its not the judicial branches role to 'oppose the policies of hte current Administration' and thats the whole point. It isn't a legal issue - Its a policy dispute and finding some bull**** standing to delay the process.

Sorry, because some members of the judicial branch find the actions of the executive branch to be unconstitutional*. I’m still not the one calling for judges to be retained on the whims of the legislative branch.
