I have yet to see one ounce of evidence that either of these crashes were related to DEI hires. The only connection is that they were female pilots.

I can’t help that deny basic science in that men and women have vastly different aptitudes. There are outliers and they should always be encouraged to achieve in theee fields but shoehorning “all women crews” is obviously hiring less qualified people. If you don’t understand that then there is simply no explaining it further to you.

If this were remotely true, then surely you must feel women shouldn't be pilots period. Or you believe that women must need a man present in the cockpit at all times.

What if, and I know this is crazy talk, women can work *or* stay at home to raise a family based on what they individually want to do. Nobody serious is telling women to stay out of the kitchen.

That's fine. It's certainly possible it was pilot error (though they were coming down in a snow storm). Even if it was pilot error, the fact that she's a woman is a irrelevant.

Again, there is nothing to suggest that they primarily focus on all women flight crews. But even if they did, maybe, just maybe, it's simply a marketing niche? If there is a market segment out there for people that want to be flown by an all female flight crew, why is it somehow a bad thing for this airline to fill that void? Again, the only thing that matters is if the flight crew are qualified pilots.
IF they are hiring women right off the street with little to no experience, then I would agree. Otherwise, if they are qualified pilots, it makes no difference.
