Again, there is nothing to suggest that they primarily focus on all women flight crews. But even if they did, maybe, just maybe, it's simply a marketing niche? If there is a market segment out there for people that want to be flown by an all female flight crew, why is it somehow a bad thing for this airline to fill that void? Again, the only thing that matters is if the flight crew are qualified pilots.
I don't think think women handle emergency situations as well as men do... for example, landing in a heavy snow storm
I have a litmus test.
Launch an all woman run airline. Pilots, crew, maintenance, the whole shebang.
Launch an all male run airline. Same deal.
In 5 years see which one out performs which. The data will tell you all you need to know.
WHAT?
So they are just lying - Ok.
And yes, I agree, the only thing that matters is fully qualified flight crews. When you restrict your hiring to 'all women crews' you are telling people 'qualificiations' are not your priority.
Is Hooters DEI? Or is it meeting a marketing niche?

And again - This is statistically true. Outliers exist and we should encourage those to excel in these areas. But when you restrict hiring based on things like race/sex you are ignoring qualificiations as the sole driver.
So then you both think women should not be pilots. Or if they are, they should only be paired with men.
I mean stop beating around the bush and just say it.

It's a brand to sell sex as way to get customers in the door. And thankfully, I'm much more comfortable with someone unqualified bringing my plate to the table than landing a plane in a snow storm
Yeah pretty much
At least you have the balls to say it.
If there is a private airline designed to bring women customers in the door by specializing in all female flight crews, ie they only hire women flight crews (again there isn't one that exists to my knowledge), that also is not DEI. It's a marketing niche.
At least you have the balls to say it.
I dont want women in combat military. I don't want them as fire fighters. I don't want them ad NFL players. You are free to call me a sexist but you are wrong
And finally, I'll say it again. If it comes out today that all these women are MAGA supporters and that the owner of the airline donated a million dollars to the Trump campaign, thethe will flip his tune in an instant.
