WWII didn't start because of the Treaty of Versailles. WWII started because the Germans elected the Nazi party into power and they wanted to conquer the world.

It's not history, it's made up excuses to defend someone who's goal is to restart the Russian Empire. Who was upset his puppet government he installed was overthrown by the people.

My guy, there are thousands of books highlighting the Cold War, Russia's self inflicted political instability after the end of the Cold War, Russian entrechment of Moldova, Envasion of Georgia, etc. I suggest reading those instead of getting your information from randos on twitter.

Russia is most certainly the bad guy here. Hell, in the entire history of Russia, they've seldom been the "good guy."

This twitter dufus (and thethe by extension) seriously underscores the Russian invasion of Georgia as some reaction to Georgia plans to join NATO. But Russian invasion into Georgian territory happened well before that, as Russia funded much of the instability in the South Ossetia and Abkhazia regions for more than a decade leading up the war.
