I agree with this order, but I also agree that Massie's point on the LV shooter.

Citizens of LV think this whole thing smells. They think multiple shooters, they think the stories don't match for real life, and they don't believe what they were told once the investigation was done.

When washington DC votes 94% omfor one candidate, that should be an obvious signal that the nation's Capitol has been ideologically captured

To be fair, when the ideology is pretty commonly understood as “bigger federal government” vs. “smaller federal government” every election, that trend isn’t telling you much more than people will vote in their own economic self-interest while potentially saying very little else.
