Biden could barely speak in public. You know he had no idea what was going on and I called it from day 1 all of his pardons should be thrown away.

I am sure that wouldn't boomerang on you. But by all means give some precedent to have Trump's self pardon thrown out for not being mentally fit when he did them. I would love that.

You could start with a shred of real evidence. The kind that can be used in court. Maybe a conviction of someone for anything related to fraud. So far the only evidence of fraud was by Trumpsters.

I love this idea that trump and Biden are somehow on the same chart of mental capacity. Do you even understand the lengths Biden’s inner circle kept him away from his own cabinet?

Hey if you want to go over each specific case I got the time to humiliate you. You have to actually have some evidence for these cases to proceed. Googliani in his cases specifically said he has no evidence and he was not alledging fraud.. He started rambling about Mayor Dayley in Chicago in the 1960s. But no, the fact that even Trump's own appointed Judges ruled against you isn't enough, everything that doesn't go your way is a giant conspiracy. This is why you are mocked relentlessly.

You can attempt to deny that majority of cases never even got to review of the facts presented. But it’s all public information cases were throw out based on standing. Cases which were reviewed based on evidence presented went favorably towards our side.
 
Why would I deny the lawsuits were thrown out for lacking merit? Making an accusation with no evidence doesn't require a review of the facts because there were no facts presented.

But it wasn’t merit of the facts/evidence that resulted in cases being thrown out.
 
Ok let's do this. Let's start with Trump vs Biden lawsuit in Wisconsin from December 14th. Trump sued asking for all ballots cast by people in definitely confined to be thrown out, asked for all ballots from the "Democracy in the Park" event to be thrown out, and claimed some absentee ballots weren't requested in writing. Trump's claim about indefinitely confined votes being illegitimate was thrown out because he didn't specify any one person who was not indefinitely confined and I stead asked for all the votes to be thrown out with no actual evidence that any of them were not legitimate. The other 3 allegations were thrown out because they had ample opportunity to use before and during but chose to wait until after the election. This is known as latches which I told you about well before the election. The reason latches applies is because if Trump sued before or during those who voted that way would have had other opportunities to vote. Waiting until after the election showed this was just a bad faith attempt to deprive people if the right to vote.

So would you say this case wasn't considered and ruled on based on the facts?

And latches was a joke because it was said that no injury was caused prior to election so no case. Seems like a dammed if you do and famnrd if you don’t.

Oh dont worry I am going to go over each one with you since you are just saying what you hear from others and never actually read the cases like I did. Now if you would be so kind as to show me the suits filed before the election for the allegations that latches were applied that were thrown out for no injury.
