Eh, if Biden were to testify that he used the auto pen but was aware of his actions, I have no idea how you legally overturn anything he did, even if it’s a lie. Executive privilege and all that.
Yeah, if they didn’t blow up the clinic they probably shouldn’t be labeled terrorists either.
Make no mistake, I’m opposed to a lot of legal responses to protests on both sides of the spectrum. I’ve said since the beginning J6 defendants were largely being overcharged and unjustly treated relative to their crime.

Any reasonable person understands Biden was a zombie the whole time he was president and had no clue these pardons were issued.
It was a mad scramble and I believe lots of bribery involved (We will spill secrets on your family unless you give us pardons) at the very end to protect treasonous scum from being held accountable for their actions by the incoming Trump administration.
We are in a post consitutional period. I say lock up the scum like Fauchi/Cheaney/Schiff etc... and bring countless experts to testify Biden was dealing with late stage dementia and could not have possibly understood the action of issuing pardons.

All of these court orders by compromised judges should be completely ignored. Most of them get overturned on appeals and they are just delay tactics to develop additional strategies.
