Minnesota can do it if they want. Why are you and I subsidizing it?
There is an interest by the federal government to ensure stability and happiness within your native population. If we had a high trust society, there still would be fraud at a minor scale, but the programs would work as intended efficiently.
There is of course the other problem of democrats that has to be solved...

If they want to exploit the voters of Minnesota, then go for it. They can keep voting for that. But wtf are we asking the United States to hand these people billions of dollars?

Federal government manages immigration into the country.
These people are not only exploiting the treasury of the state but also stealing elections so it doesn’t just solve itself with states rights and then those states impact decisions for the country. So my solution is just mass deportations and let Americans benefit from our treasure.
We aren’t asking the federal government to hand this money over. We have a massive issue where the democrat party is a complete party of corruption that works against America.
It’s not the programs. Without foreigners and the traitorous democrats these programs would be incredibly helpful to native Americans and would promote stability.

Another example right here of the democrats being a corrupt party. We always ask ourself how do these people keep winning when their states are so poorly managed. Well, we are learning now how the welfare fraud for low IQ animals translates into stealing elections.
