would love to understand the specifics that this judge understands all the evidence and this is a misuse of an arrest... I have a feeling it boils down to "we can't do this to DON LEMON"

It’s an anti-intimidation law. If Lemon didn’t yell and demonstrate with the others he’s not in violation of the law.

how is filming it, covering it, and interviewing the victims not included in the intimidation aspect. He's basically there to record their misery. Then later described them as entitled white supremacists (there's a shock!)

Lemon did not wake up one day, walk down the street and find himself in the middle of a protest where he then decided to 'cover' it.

He’s a huge bitch (common theme on the L) that needs an ass whipping. You can tell entitled people that have never been punched.

Because the First Amendment still exists and the FACE Act is a specific carve-out? This isn’t really a pro-Don Lemon take, just a question on why he’d be arrested.
