No it wasn't. The purpose was to investigate if Russia tampered with our elections. No conclusion fo that was to remove Trump from office. The most extreme end game would ahve been a special eleciton. unless they found millions of illegal votes in swing states, they dont' have the evidence, and with that it would ahve required a lawsuit and it would have gone all the way to the Supreme Court, you think that happens quickly? Not even close. And they almost certainly won't rule to overturn the election.
