I am not in position to do much research, so I don't know. I saw another re-tweet that he said something like 'Need prayer for my health' or something along those lines a few days ago... Reddit has more I am sure.

It seems initial reports of collapsed Lung and life support may have been over exaggerated. Dehydration is only official report I have seen. But team has been hush for the most part sighting HIPA. I kinda hate that I posted the tweet. Fanning the flames of a rumor. But I was seeing it in multiple places and the shock and out of blueness smacked me in the face. Either way hope he recovers and can continue his profession.

To much unofficial media using each other for verification. Privacy laws limit what Braves can release about his condition. His own Twitter page indicated that he was asking for prayers, but the problem was not baseball related. It was three days ago.
