No it really is Wright’s turn at the alternate site. That way its perfect for Wilson to pitch Sunday which matches up with his throwing plan.
Yeah - not so sure about who's "turn" it would have been today, but you have to figure Wilson was already set up so he could go when Max' next turn came around again.
It probably can't hurt having Wright go on a day he might not have been originally scheduled - he sure hasn't been worth a *hit when given regular rest.

I thought at the time it was a jumpy decision based on the hopes springing from a very small sample size in a year when you could throw out a lot of stats. He's here. I hope he does well. If the younger guys had stepped up and been more consistent, we wouldn't have needed to bolster the rotation as much as we did.

Lol don’t be greedy. The least you can do is grill her a steak after she bangs you. C’mon, you’re gonna have to give a little back to her.
Smyly has pitched 11 innings for us this season. If nothing else, at least we were able to get that much out of him. Lol that’s 1 million per inning. What a steal.
