Well, until that happens....
It never will happen... bc the person would just go somewhere else and not try to make a national incident out of it

glad we got to the bottom of that.
now, back to the issue at hand of this gov't employee not doing her job
She should have quit - but I REALLY hope she tries get some service from a gay person... just to see what happens. If I were her, I'd go to every single one I can find and wait til someone refuses service. Then I'd make a national scene out of it and start threatening to burn down their workplace, etc
So you think that the private sector and the government play by the same laws and rules, interesting. I'll save that one for later.

cool agenda
good luck with it
now, thankfully this lady is in jail and we as a society can let people get married again
While I support gay marriage, what an unbelievable ridiculous ruling by the supreme court to undo state's rights like that.
Yes... just like the dumb gay couples who go around to bakerys trying to get refused so they can make a big scene out of it.
It's literally the same thing, just reversed.
It's literally the same thing, just reversed.
But it doesn't describe what we see here, which is a government employee not doing their sworn job.
so, it's not literally the same thing
Unjust laws
It's not only right to
But our duty to
If she doesn't resign, jail?
That's a question that very much depends on context, doesn't it?
Who gets to determine if it is just or unjust?
You never answered my question... would you support a gay business owner's decision to refuse service to her?
no i did already
it was post 38
i am sure you didn't like the answer but i really don't care to go down the rabbit hole of "what ifs". this thread is about reality
